What is your refund policy?

We require a notice at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time for a full refund. If you miss the 48-hour window, you may notify us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time and we can process a refund minus the 20% late cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation anytime after the 24-hour window, we cannot process any sort of refund. However, you will be able to reschedule the reservation for a later date within the current calendar year.
